I had been a learner for quite a long time as I tend to be an anxious perfectionist, but since having a baby it was time to get on with it and get the licence. It had been a number of years since my last proper lesson with a trainer, so I booked a test package with a couple of lessons to finesse and fine tune my driving.

Within the first half of the first lesson, Shaun was able to articulate a couple of ideas that flicked a switch for me and immediately helped with my confidence on the road. He is a very alert instructor, he doesn't miss a single detail and is able to assist with self correcting even the most minor of poor habits. I really appreciated his even manner of delivery and his lesson development, taking me along common test routes and working through typical manoeuvres. By the time the test rolled around, I felt prepared and READY to take the test - unfortunately my test was cancelled a week before due to COVID. Never mind! I also commend Easy As for their open communication during this time. Easy As handled all of the rescheduling and gave me plenty of opportunity to provide new times that worked best for me when booking my test.

This week I was finally able to have my last lesson with Shaun and take the test - I passed! I genuinely wish I had been learning with Shaun from the start, perhaps I would have had my licence years ago!

I want to make a huge shout out to Suzynne Gregory who was my daughters coach....she was so awesome. She answered any question i had for her and always gave me the best advice on helping me teach my daughter the right way. Theres so much to learn in a manual car but today Suzynne was there with us to encourage and support her which lead to success in getting her Ps first go. I recommend Suzyanne to anyone learning manual...you wont get better.

First time driving, first time in the driver's seat, and no experience before: that was me. The way Ali Khan taught and explained to a beginner such as me was very intuitive, easy to grasp. He provided constructive, practical feedback, building small goals upon small goals, gradually increasing the complexity of the task as long as it was comfortable. He put first the safety of both us and others. From first greeting until we arrived by my house when the lesson ended, he was very easy going, casual yet effective, reserved, addressed my nervousness and improved my judgment. Timing of the feedback was very wise, and the overall feedback at the end was helpful as it provided another opportunity to improve to drive more safely and properly. As a beginner, I learnt about the basics of how a car behaves, driving forward (including but not limited to roundabouts and u-turns), and reversing. I highly recommend Ali, and definitely EasyAs DTA, to all beginners. I look forward to my driving lessons with Ali.

We have used your services previously for my other daughter and we really happy with Doug and the lessons. Now my youngest daughter has done almost 50 hours of driving and I would like her to start learning a few more of the skills and manoeuvres she will need to know to be safe and pass her test eventually.

I have paid for the $99 package for 3 lessons learn to drive and booked the first lesson for my daughter. I know that these three lessons are actually done over 2 extended lessons, so how do I book the second lesson as it is asking for payment again?

I was a very nervous driver at the beginning but after more and more lessons felt more confident and love driving now.

I have my licence test on Monday Feb 17 at 1.55pm at Greenslopes, I just bought a voucher for $175 to have a lesson and then use the car for the test.

I booked with Amanda for 12.15pm but it wouldn't accept my voucher so I paid another $120 for 2 hours..

Is it possible to book Amanda for 12.55pm and then use her car for the test at 1.55pm?? And can I have a refund for the $120 please.

John is an exemplary driver trainer who was instrumental in getting my license. He is straight-forward and conveys important information in a concise but patient way. From the step-by-step way that he moves through the instructions, to the personalised manner that he conducts his lessons, John's teaching was excellent.

Had many helpful tips and pointers that came up in the test, he was able to quickly determine the areas in which I needed improvement and was both friendly and approachable.

I would definitely recommend John as a trainer. 10/10.
